Inspired by Psalm 91:1, this workbook invites you to step away from distractions and intentionally sit at the feet of Jesus.
Through Scripture, guided reflection, prayer, listening, and journaling, you’ll be encouraged to practice three simple rhythms:
REST — Slow down, become still, and lay down the burdens you have been carrying.
REFLECT — Open God’s Word, examine your heart, and make room for the Holy Spirit to reveal truth.

For Personal Study — Bring your Bible and a pen, find a quiet place, and work through the pages at your own pace during your personal time with God.
For a Women’s Bible Study — Gather a group of women and journey through the material together, making room for Scripture, discussion, prayer, reflection, and time alone with God.
For a Christian Women’s Retreat — Use the workbook as a foundation for a retreat or getaway centered on worship, biblical teaching, prayer, journaling, and extended time in God’s presence.
There is no pressure to finish this workbook quickly.
In fact, that isn’t the purpose.
